ASCEND BUILDING GROUP LLC is a locally owned remodeling and general contracting company serving homeowners throughout the Puget Sound region. We started the company with a straightforward goal: deliver quality craftsmanship, communicate clearly, and treat every home with care and respect.

We work closely with our clients to understand what they want to change, what matters most, and what a successful project looks like to them. From the first conversation through the final details, we aim to make the renovation process organized, professional, and easy to understand.

Tim, one of ASCEND’s founders, is a U.S. Army veteran whose experience leading construction and land-surveying work helped shape the company’s standards for preparation, teamwork, and accountability.

We bring that same disciplined approach to residential remodeling by planning carefully, communicating directly, and taking responsibility for the quality of our work.

Carter, one of ASCEND's founders, brings years of experience in residential remodeling and light commercial projects to every job. That hands-on background helps us plan carefully, pay attention to the details, and deliver quality work.

We believe a good project starts with clear communication. We keep you informed, follow through on commitments, and work to make the remodeling process as smooth as possible.
